Since 1999 Christopher has been involved in residential renovation, property management and real estate acquisitions. Christopher has nine years of experience as a city planner working for the Historic City of Charleston. He has additional experience working for the City of Los Angeles Attorney’s office, and seven years as Executive Director of a local non-profit organization.
Christopher graduated Cum Laude from the Charleston School of Law in 2011. At the Charleston School of Law, he received two academic achievement awards and recognition for outstanding Pro Bono work. During Law School Christopher worked as a Planner for the City of Charleston Department of Planning, Preservation & Sustainability and received a national planning certificate from the American Institute of City Planners (AICP).
Since November 2011, Christopher has focused on local government law, planning and zoning, commercial real estate transactions, business law, personal injury, and property law. He is a member of the South Carolina Bar, Charleston County Bar, the American Planning Association, South Carolina Chapter of the APA, American Institute of Certified Planners, the Charleston County Community Development Advisory Board, the Planning & Zoning Committee for the Preservation Society and is an adjunct Professor at Trident Technical College.
