Excellent Job!

I was not sure how to proceed with an employment issue or if I even had a valid case. It was a complicated matter which had been rejected by several other attorneys/firms. David showed an interest right from the start and took the time to understand, accept, and determine the best way to pursue the... case. He demonstrated excellent skills, experience, and understanding of how to negotiate with a large corporation in order to get the best settlement. Great job and a settlement exceeding anything I would have expected. It was a pleasure working with David. Highly recommended!

Highest recommendation for David Nauheim

I was faced with an untenable situation with my employer who chose to mandate a particular practice upon their employees without the benefit of having negotiated the terms with my union. If one did not submit to the practice they would be counseled, and if still not willing to subjugate themselves t...o the new practice termination was the penalty. One could apply for an exemption under very limited circumstances which I did and which they rejected. I was allowed to appeal and failing that the above process leading to termination would ensue. The position of my union was that they were unabe to assist me unless and until I was terminated. The situation, which ensued for about 8 weeks, produced great anxiety and emotional anguish as the prospect of losing my job in these difficult economic times due to a new and unnegotiated condition of employment that I believed was not only physically harmful, but emotionally repugnant was almost unbearable. I consulted with an attorney with whom I am familiar who guided me to David who had the expertise my attorney did not command for this particular situation. David was considerate, thoughtful, and deliberate. He initally proved an excellent listener who asked compelling questions. After initially assessing the situation he was able to project the likely scenarios that could manifest based on my employer's newly minted policy guidelines. One of them was that perhaps my employer was looking for a test case to litigate. I had not thought of that and honestly that prospect was quite frightening. David navigated his way through the information, my employer's policies, existing constitutional, regulatory and case law to guide me through the process of an airtight appeal so I did not have to face counseling and ultimately termination and possibly even a prolonged court battle and litigation involving wrongful termination and civil rights violations. I can not recommend David highly enough. He was accessible, patient, thorough and precise. He was available and responsive to emails and calls. He also proved excellent at a little hand-holding and sympathizing which was a very personal touch that very much mattered to me. Best of all I prevailed but I could not have done it without David Nauheim's help and professional experience and practice. Thank you David.
