I had been sideswipped by a semi and the insurance company was aggressively pressuring me to settle after only a week. They were harrassing me dai...ly and I complained to my chiropractor who referred me to the firm David was currently working for. From the moment we met I felt comfortable and confident that he would protect me and advocate for me. The legal receptionist at the firm once told me that David was an excellent litigator and I completely agree. David is one of the smartest people I've ever met. He pays attention to detail, keeps impeccable notes and truely advocates for what is right and what he feels you deserve. He is also incredibly nice, charasmatic and genuinly cares about your well being. Since my first accident my husband and I had the misfortune of being hit 2 additional times. The last accident sent my husband to the emergency room in an ambulance and totaled his SUV. In both cases David represented us and fought to get us a fair settlement. Insurance companies (even your own) do not have your best interest at heart. When you are dealing with the shock, trauma and injury stemming from an accident that was not your fault, you do not need a business harassing you. I am so thankful to have found David Nauheim to represent me in regards to my personal injury/auto accident case. Initially, when it became apparent that I really was not "in good hands" with my insurance company, I consulted a friend of the family who thought that my case would be too difficult and ...declined my request to represent me. Then a co-worker told me about David Nauheim who had helped their friend who was very happy with the outcome of his case. David Nauheim is living proof that you don't need a huge corporate sized law firm to get your insurance company to do their job. At a time when I was trying to focus on healing, David took the burden of dealing with my insurance company day in, day out. He dealt with them so that I didn't have to. On appeal, David got my insurance company throw out the opinion of their IME doctor. David then got my insurance company to re-open my case after they closed it on the recommendation of their IME. He also convinced them in the end that they'd be better off settling with me than taking me to court, so of course they settled, saving me court costs. And now that I think of it, David was the only person at the firm I ever spoke to or emailed, speaking of personalized service. He always answered the phone, or got back to me pretty quickly when I would call or email, and provided thoughtful, informed answers, explanations along the way. Even though he always included me in decisions that had to be made, I always trusted his opinion, and it always turned out to be the best way to go. I can't recommend David Nauheim highly enough as an attorney and a human being. Hopefully you'll never need an attorney, but if you do, he's your guy.
