An amazing attorney for Worker's Compensation claims

I came to Matt after being injured in a rollover accident at work. The insurance company had prematurely ended my benefits, and I was in no condition to work. Matt fought to get my benefits restored, and was able to successfully negotiate that. He also fought to make sure I got the treatment I needed..., and kept in constant communication to keep me informed on how things were progressing. He answered all my questions and explained things to me in ways that I could understand. In the end, he was able to help me attain an agreeable settlement. Most of all though, the main reason I recommend him is that from the very start, you could tell he really cares.

"I endorse this lawyer. Outside of being an extremely successful attorney, what really stands out to me is Matt Jackson's ability to effectively communicate each and every one of his client's problems and circumstances to opposing counsel and commissioner. He does so in a way which not only allows his client to feel confident and comfortable with their trying situation, but also achieves the best result for his client. It is a rare quality he possesses, but one in which all attorneys should strive for."

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
