Biography
Davis Rice, a native of Clinton, South Carolina, graduated magna cum laude from Presbyterian College, where he was a four-year baseball letterman. In 2009, Davis earned his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he was inducted into the Order of the Coif and Order of the Wig and Robe. While in law school, Davis was also on the editorial board of the South Carolina Law Review.
Upon graduating law school, Davis worked three years with an insurance defense litigation firm in Charleston, South Carolina, providing him with an invaluable perspective in evaluating and handling personal injury cases.

My Workers Comp case.
I injured my hand on the job. It was my right hand and I'm right handed. I suffered from a severe contusion to the top of my hand. The physician I saw at the time of my accident worked with me over a week and told me that there was nothing else he could do. He said he had never seen anything like it....
