Joshua Owen Cowan Lonon

 Attorney Josh Lonon is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale Hubbell, the highest available rating for legal experience and competence. A graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he served as both Managing Editor of the Southeastern Environmental Law Journal and a nationally competing member of the Moot Court Bar, Mr. Lonon began his legal career as law clerk for the Hon. G. Thomas Cooper, Jr., Judge for South Carolina's Fifth Judicial Circuit. Mr. Lonon then practice with a firm in Columbia, South Carolina in the areas of title insurance defense litigation, complex commercial transactions and employment law.

Before returning to his home town of Spartanburg, South Carolina in 2006, Mr. Lonon worked as South Carolina state counsel for a national title insurance company, handlng underwriting decisions and assisting attorneys across the state with legal research and solutions for real estate problems.  In his role, he often presented and wrote materials for continuing educations seminars for attorneys across the state.
