Gary Martin Frazier

Throughout my case, Gary has been nothing short of a great lawyer. My case was difficult in it dealt with two states. Gary made sure my other lawyer knew what was expected for South Carolina standards. He kept me up to date on everything, as well as explained what to expect. I would definitely re...commend him to anyone I know, and if I ever need a family lawyer, I will be hiring him again.

Hired Mr. Fraizer to represent my child custody case. Cannot say enough good things about him! He kept me informed every step of the way. Being a citizen of and living in the USA while my ex-husband was a citizen of and living in another country, we were working on his immigration paperwork when I received the surprise of a lifetime... my ex-husband had a girlfriend and they had a baby while we were married. Because of the complicated ...situation I thought I would need a top dollar attorney so that is what I first hired. After going to divorce court 3 times with that attorney and each time being told we needed something else to proceed each time (and not to mention the devastating emotional toll it took) over an almost 2 year period, I was mentally and financially drained. At the last court date with the first attorney I hired, he told me we were going to have to go through the embassy and my divorce would most likely take another 2-3 years with the process we were going to have to take. I was devastated. I decided to go talk to Gary Frazier and see what he had to say. I hired him Instabtky and my seemingly never ending divorce was actually DONE, FINISHED, FINAL in less than 3.5 WEEKS. Gary is brilliant and instead of just being lazy and not caring, he took the time to figure out what could be done to satisfy the court’s requirements. He thought completely outside of the box and I am eternally grateful for him and the care and effort he put in to ending such a trying and hard time in my life. I truly believe that there are not many attorneys who would be able and willing to solve the issues we were having. Not to mention the price I paid for the first attorney was INSANE and if I had gone to Gary to begin with, I would have saved a year and a half of a davastating and stressful nightmare and over $4000. Aside from all that, he was truly compassionate and reassuring while making sure I understood each step we were taking and why. I definitely recommend Gary and intend to use him again soon (this time for adoption instead though). :)

Attorney Frazier was the 3rd attorney that I hired to represent me in my child custody case. So, you know that saying," 3rd time's the charm." That was sooooo true with my situation LOL. The two other attorneys that I hired, let's just say they weren't a good fit and I wished that I had never hired t...hem to begin with. I've been in a custody dispute with my child's father since March of 2017. I hired Attorney Frazier in August of this year and a week or two before the final hearing last month everything was resolved and an agreement made up. I was completely and highly satisfied with his work during my difficult time. He's always available to talk to you, which is a plus,because I would have all types of questions that I would remember after I had already met with him LOL. And, I wasn't used to that in a lawyer so I was very appreciative of that. Very professional, tells you what you need to hear not what you want to hear. Which is good,you don't need a lawyer that's going to sugar coat everything. You need someone that's going to be straight up and honest with you. He's not like other lawyers, which is a great thing. That's what made him even better for the job. Attorney Frazier is just an all around EXCELLENT lawyer and if I ever was to need him again, there wouldn't be any doubt about it I would hire him!!
