Honestly cannot recommend Gary Frazier.
For what service I received I could have done myself much cheaper. I don't feel Gary put in 100 percent of his effort and could have done much better speaking up for our side.
I'm always suspicious of "anonymous" reviews, as I have no way of verifying who wrote this. All I can say is that I've not had any clients express any concerns to me personally about my services and my record of satisfied clients speaks for itself.

A dissatisfied mother
I contacted Mr.Frazier about a case I had with my ex husband. He told me that my case was to complex and that he was very busy and wouldn't have the time to handle my case and said he wish me luck on finding a lawyer. The case was not complex. I feel he is just extremely over worked. He was very shor...
Dear "Anonymous": I am particular about the clients I take and I do not take on every person who contacts me about representation. It's unfortunate that you want to counsel others against hiring me simply because I refused to take your case. My record of satisfied clients speaks for itself.

Horrible - BEWARE!!!i hored
I hired Gary Frazier. Paid $2500 for divorce up front. At the time I retained Mr. Frazier, my case was uncontested. When it became contested he didn't want to do the work. He kept from me that my husband filed a week later for adultery (untrue). He wanted me to accept far less child support just so w...

Not impressed, got a new lawyer
First let me say, going thru a divorce is costly. Miss one payment or be a week late with Mr. Frazier and he will drop himself as your attorney thru the court and leave you hanging in the middle of a case! The money paid didn't matter and he wasn't up for working with us under financial strain. He do...
Since I don't bill by the hour, my clients know up front what my fee is and how it's broken down for each phase of their case. If I agree to a payment plan, I expect my clients to abide by that plan. They know up front what the monthly payment is, and when it is due. I make every effort to work with low-income clients, but unless I have agreed to do a case pro bono, I expect the client to abide by the payment plan. When a client can't pay, I have no choice but to get out of the case, and that is clearly spelled out in the payment plan signed by the client.
"An excellent lawyer who treats clients with patience, care, understanding, and utmost professionalism - an even better person and I wholeheartedly recommend for future services."
"I have worked with Mr. Frazier on several divorce and custody cases both as a GAL and also as a mediator. He is always prepared and is a professional in all matters with both clients and other attorneys."
"In cases I have been involved with Gary, he is always prepared, professional and zealously advocates for his client."
"I endorse Mr. Frazier. He provides caring and insightful responses on Avvo and brings with him a wealth of knowledge that can only help to serve his clients better."
