Biography
Andrew Aun has been in practice since 1995, and is a co-founder of Aun & McKay Law Firm, established in 2004. He practices primarily in the fields of personal injury, wrongful death, trucking and automobile wrecks, medical malpractice, workers compensation and product defect, as well as consumer representation in commercial disputes. Aun also has a thriving real estate practice, and represents both consumers and companies in real estate closings.
The American Society of Legal Advocates has recognized Andrew Aun as one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers in the State of South Carolina for 2018 and 2019, and in March, 2018, Aun was selected by the National Trial Lawyers as one of the Top 100 Civil Plaintiffs Trial Lawyers in South Carolina for 2018. In May 2018, Aun was recognized as one of the Top Attorneys In North America by Whos Who in the Legal Profession. In addition, Aun was recognized in 2018 as one of the Midlands Legal Elite by Columia Business Monthly Magazines Annual legal edition.
