If I could double the 5 star rating, I would! I cannot say enough good things about Bob Masella and his Paralegal Eagles. From the moment I met them, they all took me in as family. I am an active duty servicemember and had a very complicated and highly disputed custody case. Bob's experience and know...ledge in family law is a great help in unique situations for military families. He has the upmost respect for military families. One of his paralegals just happens to be prior military. Bob is able to predict how each scenario may possibly rule out and helps to prepare you for any outcome. He worked extremely hard on my case and was honest with me from the very beginning. That is rare to find in a lot of attorneys. Many times there were high levels of emotions going on, but Bob was always able to calm me down. Bob and his staff never gave up on me and my family. He treated me like a person and not like a custody case. Although my case is closed, Bob and his staff still check up on me and my family just to say hi and see how we are doing. He saved my family. I first met Bob about a possible divorce, having already met with several attorneys. I was most struck by his genuine nature and open sincerity. He was the first attorney to listen and offer personal insights, instead of jumping straight to the legal strategy he would use for my case. Bob was always ...practical in his approach and he was careful to set expectations when needed. He understood the system, the legal hurdles, and (most importantly) the distress I was feeling with a very difficult situation. Bob was a true advocate throughout a very difficult process and represented himself with exceptional character. We remain friends to this day.

I had a 4:00 pm appointment ( paid consultation ) with Robert Masella on 22nd April. I reached his office at 3:45 pm , filled out the paperwork and was ready by 3:55 ...he came to meet me at 4:20 pm ..some one tell him the meaning of appointment and respecting other people's time. While I was exp...laining him my divorce case involving a minor child , he kept cracking jokes at my cost , and he would say .." I am just teasing you"....someone tell him the seriousness of divorce from a minor child's perspective.... God help this man to get serious and sensitive about other people's problem , specially when he is charging $300 / hr to hear them and act upon.

When our college student found himself in need of an attorney we looked around and found a few attorneys that were less expensive, but we were very happy that we chose Bob Masella. His knowledge and expertise were invaluable and his office did an excellent job of keeping us informed since we live out... of state. They made our son feel comfortable and informed every step of the way, too, and it was so nice to know that there was someone there to help him through his situation since we couldn't be there. We couldn't have been more pleased with the service or the results.
