Biography
I was born and raised in Columbia, South Carolina, the fourth of six children in my close-knit family. My father was a highly respected attorney who instilled in me a desire to fight injustice and to help those who are less privileged.
My law practice is focused on representing individuals and I have extensive experience in state and federal courts. I primarily handle claims for plaintiffs and claimants in cases involving personal injury; workers’ compensation and job-related injuries; wrongful death; nursing home negligence; and truck, automobile, bike and boat accidents. I also represent defendants charged with mostly non-violent, traffic and white collar crimes.
