Excellent lawyer!
I needed help fighting a moving violation and David really came through. I had just started a new job so I couldn't appear in court or even answer the phone half of the time! But David took charge and got the job done which allowed me to focus on my job! End result: charges dropped!!

An Excellent Attorney!
David knows all about the traffic violation related laws and issues. Got me out of a tough situation even though I sought his services at the eleventh hour.

Case Dismissed
I hired David when i received a ticket. My case lasted almost a year before it ended with a dismissal. I am very impressed that i was able to stay in contact with him that long and he still remembered little details about my case.

Horrible person
Paid him in full up front for a traffic ticket. He never did anything! I got a notice in the mail that my license was to be suspended in one week if I didn't pay the fine. Still got points, and my insurance still went up. He never contacted the court! Ever!

Traffic case - Bad representation
I hired David back in April (paid in full) to handle a traffic ticket case (first offense) and it has been months with no type of communication whatsoever. Now I receive a letter in the mail requesting my appearance in court and still no communication from this attorney.
"I endorse this lawyer. David is very respected in our community. Not only is he smart - he cares for his clients. I have seen him in court countless times make zeals arguments on behalf of his clients."
"David has a keen analytical mind, and I know he is dedicated to obtaining the best possible result for his clients. David is a well known for criminal defense, bankruptcy, and family law, that has been practicing for many years in SC. He has a good reputation for doing excellent work, and would be a good choice to handle a bankruptcy, criminal defense, or family court case."
