I hired David to help with some scary issues in my life recently. I was confused and not sure what to do. I had 3 separate cases I needed help with, and all 3 could have had big consequences. I was worried about losing everything in my life. David was fantastic! He is a professional, smart and compe...tent attorney. One of my cases lasted over 2 years, and David was there till the end. I cannot thank David enough for his help, support and understanding. On all 3 cases I could not have asked for better outcomes. David knows the law and seems to always be ahead of the game. If I ever need an attorney in the state of SC, I will automatically call David.

Obviously knows his way with the courts, judges and officers. I was referred to him by another attorney that does not handle many cases in court. You deal direct with him and not some clerk or flunky as with a larger firm. May not be the best choice if you need constant hand holding as he naturall...y cannot answer calls while in court or with another client. Always called me back after leaving a message. Apparently knowing how to move the case to another court and negotiating with the officer the officer was a no show and case dismissed. Hope not to need him again but will keep his number.

Awful lawyer. I got a Driving under suspension 2nd offense ticket. I was referred to him by another lawyer. He charged me a grand and DID NEXT TO NOTHING. You can never get him on the phone and he won't return calls or emails. At our consultation he said it'd probably be easy to get the charge droppe...d if I got everything straight with the DMV. Well I did that (and emailed him all the proof) and 2 months go by with nothing from him. He finally called me 2 days before trial and said he could not plea down the charge because the cop was being "a hard ass". I said to him "well what did I pay you for? I could go plead guilty and it would have saved me $1,000." He then called me back the next day and said he got it down to first offense. He couldn't even tell me what the consequences were for that! I had to take it and ended up paying a fine and having my DL suspended again for 3 months. Then he never even showed up for court. It was at 2pm. At 10 am he called me to tell me he OK'd it with the judge for him no to be there. He had a doctor's appointment. Really? Total Shyster.
