I got into a rear end accident and was given a ticket with 4 points and a $230 fine. I proceeded to call David Melnyk and explained everything to him. The communication and results were very good. I would definitely recommend this attorney.

Obviously knows his way with the courts, judges and officers. I was referred to him by another attorney that does not handle many cases in court. You deal direct with him and not some clerk or flunky as with a larger firm. May not be the best choice if you need constant hand holding as he naturall...y cannot answer calls while in court or with another client. Always called me back after leaving a message. Apparently knowing how to move the case to another court and negotiating with the officer the officer was a no show and case dismissed. Hope not to need him again but will keep his number.
