When I first hired David I didn't know how he was going to handle my case 4 years ago. As I got to meet him and talk with him about my situation he made me feel comfortable and he did his very best, and I was pleased. For my case to open up again 4 years later I was worried. Today at court he was abl...e to get my case dismissed, close the case, and get it off my record, without having to appear infront of the judge. I can't thank him enough. I am very pleased and satisfied! I would most deffinetly recommend him to any body! Thank you so much again David !

Obviously knows his way with the courts, judges and officers. I was referred to him by another attorney that does not handle many cases in court. You deal direct with him and not some clerk or flunky as with a larger firm. May not be the best choice if you need constant hand holding as he naturall...y cannot answer calls while in court or with another client. Always called me back after leaving a message. Apparently knowing how to move the case to another court and negotiating with the officer the officer was a no show and case dismissed. Hope not to need him again but will keep his number.

I hired David Melnyk to represent my husband in a federal/state case because his pre-sentence credit was incorrect and we tried to get it done but it was a very frustrating issue because when dealing with duel custody state will say one thing federal (bop) will say something else. So I hired David ...and he had to deal with state, federal and me and always maintained a professional relationship with all involved. We went back to court and was unsuccessful but David didn't STOP he continued to try other routes and was able to get us our jail credit we was due. So I would recommend him and say he is very friendly, professional, and will work for you, and he makes himself available for his clients, he drove twice 2 1/2 hours drive one way to sit down and talk with my husband, and how many lawyers do that??? Just to make sure he was doing what my husband wanted. He is the right choice for anyone and I very highly recommend him.
