Kevin T. Hardy

I was referred to Mr. Hardy by another attorney to handle my father’s estate. From the beginning Mr. Hardy has avoided my calls and emails. He NEVER answers his cell phone. The voicemail on his office phone is always full, so a message can’t be left. I am currently trying to contact him to confirm he... sent the final documents to the Clerk of Court so my father’s estate can be closed (2 years after his death). If anyone speaks with Mr. Hardy, please ask him to contact me!!

Handled our estate planning to include a trust, POA and wills. We feel so much better to have this taken care of before something unexpected happens and realizing it’s too late and bearing the burden of not being prepared. Not only kind and compassionate, but very thorough, honest and knowledgeable.... We are so thankful for the great job he did for us! Plan on using him again in the near future.

Kevin Hardy recently prepared all of our necessary end-of-life documents (Living Wills, etc.). He gave us excellent advice and was extremely knowledgeable and professional.
