Very Informative
Mr. Ramer was very helpful in taking the time to explain things to me in a way that I could understand them. He was very patient with me . I had so many questions that a previous attorney had not taken the time to answer . I would highly recommend Tom Ramer.

Very Impressed with Thom’s Professionalism
I consulted with Thom Ramer based upon the high recommendation of a fellow psychologist. I met with Thom several weeks into my recovery from a hopefully temporary dsabling and quite painful injury. Thom Ramer was generous with his time, very relatable, and was able to answer my questions and help me understand the issues in a straightforward pleasant way. I felt I could not have talked to a better attorney. His compassion made me feel more ease in a stressful time. Quite impressed and highly recommend.

Help when you need it
Had questions about my job related injury and a surgery in the future about if and when I should settle with workmans comp. The answers were straightforward and put in simple terms that I could understand without being pushed to hire and let's get the ball rolling emediatly. Tom Ramer: Honest and Compassionate
Tom Ramer assisted my family during a difficult time. We consulted for free with him, and he gave us solid legal advice that allowed us to handle the case ourselves, though we wanted to sign up with him. He said he'd rather see us keep all of the settlement money than receive a portion for himself, and that he was there for us for any further questions. Wow! Workers Compensation
After researching attorneys for over a week, I decided to contact Mr. Ramer which was an excellent choice. Mr. Ramer is extremely professional but more importantly, cares about the hard working people. He is very thorough in explaining all options that one has when it comes to being injured on the job. My fiance' and I were very comfortable with Mr. Ramer and left his office knowing all of our rights but most of all knowing that he was there to help. He is very upfront and honest which is something you don't see a lot of these days. I highly recommend Mr. Ramer. He will take as much time as you need to answer any questions you have, make sure you are comfortable with him but above all, make sure you as the injured are taken care of.

Tom and I began a journey in January 2012. From the very start he was upfront and genuine in his concerns for me and the reality of the situation. While it was a long, lengthy battle that ended with a NC Supreme Court refusal to hear my former employer's appeal; Tom refused to settle for anything less than what was best for me and my family. Tom and his staff were always available to answer even the most basic questions, and to offer continued support during the ordeal. If you are in search of justice for a workers comp claim that has been denied, I highly recommend Tom Rammer. In the end, you'll be glad you did. I know I am.

Friendly, professional, diligent
I consulted with Tom for a workers compensation claim. He was very diligent and explained the various choices I had to assure future medical expenses will be paid for. Unlike some lawyers, he was never pushy and never made me feel like I had to hire him. He even gave us his email address and said we could email him at any time if we had any questions or concerns. Workman's Comp Case Since 1998
Mr. Ramer and his staff works as a team. He took my case and believed in me, he was always there to answer question and support me in every decision weather it was medical or work related. His guidance and advice helped me thru difficult times when I was about to give up. He encouraged me to hang in there and went to bat for me even when we lost our first time in court. He took time and done appeals and fought for my rights as an injured employee of a company that tried to fight me all the way. After he won our case the company I worked for moved me to another area and not being use to this type of work I injured myself again. He again pushed for medical care for me and stood by my side. He never once gave up on me. With his expertise and patience we was able to settle with a very difficult insurance company. I feel like I have become a part of his team. They have always been courteous and went ever I had to go to the office I always felt like a person not just another case under a lawyers belt. Mr. Ramer is excellent at what he does and I would recommend him to help you in any injury case that you might have. Thank you Mr. Ramer and staff.

Tom Ramer Workers Comp Case
Mr. Ramer took on my case about 8 months ago. When he accepted my case the statute of limitations was almost up to file a claim but Mr. Ramer quickly completed all the research needed and had everything filed in a timely manner. Over the past few months Mr. Ramer has done an excellent job at ensuring I knew the status of my case at all times and explaining to me anything I did not understand about the legal system. In doing this he made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process and I was confident that I would be satisfied by the result. I was able to trust him and the work he was doing for me and could not be more thankful of the result. Justice disallowed for a disabled Veteran
I am a 100% disabled Marine Veteran, disabled due to service-connected PTSD. I contacted Ganly & Ramer following the total wreck of my car during a PTSD flashback. The flashback was directly connected to the discriminatory refusal by my neighborhood association to enforce its own noise limitation rules. Though I chatted with "intake" I was never scheduled for a consultation as "intake" ignored two (2) follow up telephone contacts even though the firm's practice covers both accidental injury and violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
