also known as Patrick K. Bryan
Patrick has practiced law in western North Carolina since 2012, and primarily focuses his practice in the areas of Family Law, complex civil litigation and appeals. Patrick, in his professional career, has also served as the Director of Development for the Children & Family Resource Center of Henderson County – where he acted as an advocate for children and young families in our community.
Patrick is passionate about promoting the wellbeing of children, and believes every child deserves a shot at growing into a life full of love and prosperity. In an effort to better foster the development of our area’s youth, Patrick has served as President of the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Western North Carolina, serves on the Children & Family Resource Center’s Scholarship for Single Parents Committee, and mentors a young man through Big Brothers Big Sisters. He also practices collaborative law -- a process through which separating partners or spouses can avoid the often inherent pains and public displays of Family Law litigation.
Patrick is originally from the Shoals in Alabama, but has called western North Carolina home since 2012. Patrick is a moviegoer, and enjoys watching classic films. He also enjoys evening walks, improv comedy, and Ole Miss athletics.

Helpful and Efficient
I’d been struggling to collect on a debt that my ex-husband agreed to in our divorce decree for nearly 6 years. He had been found in contempt of court more than once, and pretty much refused to pay me what he owed. Law enforcement didn’t seem that interested in picking him up, and actually resisted f...

Awesome and honest!
Always came through as our case dragged on for months but in the end I was awarded full custody of my girls and for that I am very thankful for Patrick and his team.
"I have been able to witness Patrick in action as a colleague, opposing counsel, and co-worker in the many capacities we have worked together over the years. He is one of the top legal minds in Western NC and I would trust him to handle my own family law matter without hesitation."
"Patrick is simply the best attorney I know. He has won some of the biggest cases in the area and is sought after for help by attorneys and judges alike. Patrick is as equally at ease in the courtroom, in the conference room, or in front of the Supreme Court. He is the first call when an attorney needs advice, or a friend. If you have a legal need, your first call should be Patrick."
