Marion Kathleen Parsons

If I were rating the legal system, I'd give it something like a "D," but Ms. Parsons is an excellent attorney. She presented the evidence so as to give the judge an accurate history of my case, methodically shutting down each of my ex's attempts to paint a false picture. Ms. Parsons' work should no...t have been necessary; the courts should never have allowed my ex's obviously false allegations to see a courtroom. My ex should be in prison or working off my legal bill, not having visitation with the children every other weekend. Nevertheless, Ms. Parsons presented all the evidence upon which the court should have ordered that result. She can't be blamed for the court's gross failure to dispense justice.

With a complex case and living out of state, Attorney Parsons was without a doubt the Attorney for the job! After interviewing several over the phone, we were impressed with her deep knowledge and understanding concerning the complexity of our case.
