Marion Kathleen Parsons

Marion is a solid human, smart attorney, trustworthy and compassionate. Highly recommend her to represent someone who truly seeks fairness and needs someone who has their back. If I were rating the legal system, I'd give it something like a "D," but Ms. Parsons is an excellent attorney. She presented the evidence so as to give the judge an accurate history of my case, methodically shutting down each of my ex's attempts to paint a false picture. Ms. Parsons' work should no...t have been necessary; the courts should never have allowed my ex's obviously false allegations to see a courtroom. My ex should be in prison or working off my legal bill, not having visitation with the children every other weekend. Nevertheless, Ms. Parsons presented all the evidence upon which the court should have ordered that result. She can't be blamed for the court's gross failure to dispense justice.

I contacted Marion after talking to a couple other lawyers. I knew right away I was comfortable with her and wanted to proceed. The other two did not seem as in tune with my situation, and I was just another consultation fee. She kept me up to date with the proceedings and her advice was geared to...ward getting me the best, most reasonable outcome. I was happy with her court presence in front of the judge, and other attorney as well. Marion knows the judges, and knows how to navigate through the complete process that I had to under take.

I had a minor matter that unfortunately went to court. I previously have had no experience in the court systems however Ms Parsons was able to guide me through the system and made the process swift and final.
