A Pro’s Pro

Although my case was trivial in the grand scheme of things, I was treated as though my case was their top priority. Thomas’ previous experience as a DA, coupled with Vanessa’s expertise, his highly qualified legal assistant made for a straightforward, expeditious experience. Again, for individuals co...nsidering Thomas for serious, nuanced situations or more run of the mill cases, this is the team you want behind you. Cannot overstate their professionalism, efficiency, and consistent communication!

Excellent Lawyer

I highly recommend Thomas Amburgey to anyone looking for a criminal attorney. He is a highly intelligent, charismatic, knowledgeable lawyer. He knows the system and the stakeholders involved with the judicial system in Buncombe County. He has genuine concern for his clients and is an extremely cap...able attorney. I hope I never need a criminal attorney again but if I do, he will be my first call. My case ended with a dismissal. He is a great attorney.

Thomas Amburgey

I needed a criminal attorney for Madison County, but I don't live there. I asked a friend to find out who the best criminal defense attorney in the area was and let me know. She lives in Madison County and works in Asheville. She did not personally know of one, but made some inquiries and Mr. Ambu...rgey's name came up more than anyone else. He and his assistant Vanessa took my case, got it dismissed, and I didn't even have to go to court. I was guilty, but it was a really stupid thing more than anything, and I am so appreciative for the work these two did for me. If you need a criminal attorney, this is the only choice.

Criminal Case

I needed EXPERT representation for a Criminal case. I Inquired from Friends, Law Enforcement etc on the ONE person they would reccomend. HANDS DOWN, NO EXCEPTIONS!! The name THOMAS AMBURGEY was number ONE. I met with THOMAS AMBURGEY and knew immediately he was the Representation I needed. THOMAS AMB...URGEY Listens, he Cares, and BELIEVE ME when I tell you he KNOWS THE LAW!! My case went to SUPERIOR COURT and I PRAISE GOD FIRST AND FOREMOST, but THOMAS AMBURGEY gave me my Future back. He Fought hard and BELIEVE ME when I tell you he is a force to be RECKONED with in A TRIAL!!! He had the Attention of every Juror, and All other people in the Courtroom. I was AMAZED at the Attention to detail and his Ability to bring the scenarios of my Case together perfectly. PLEASE anyone needing Representation , my advice to You, hire THOMAS AMBURGEY!! ON November 14th, 2019, after 5 long, extremely stressful years i walked out of the Courtroom FREE to live my life once again. Thank you THOMAS AMBURGEY!! Awesome dude

I hired Thomas when I was referred him last summer, I have had experience with lawyers in the past that just did the bare minimum and I still was convicted. Thomas takes the time to hear you out and gets things done. I had a case where I allegedly was caught on camera painting the beautiful town of A...sheville with more colors, Thomas got me off clean. After that I was caught in a domestic violence case where I was simply a victim but being charged wrongly. Thomas met me in the court room and had my case dismissed within MINUTES. I am blessed to have had such a great lawyer during this hard time in my life. He’s personable yet so professional, perfect mix. I felt on his level rather below him which was really cool for being a young person with a rough start. I will continue to use Thomas for any legal matters, let’s just hope that was the last one! Thank you Thomas for all you did for me!
