Helping clients file chapter 7 and chapter 13 bankruptcy in Hendersonville, North Carolina. Offering free consultations to clients to help them determine whether bankruptcy can offer the relief they need.
As one of the few fifth-generation North Carolina attorneys in the state, I bring a wealth of knowledge into my practice. Prior to opening my law office, I served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Stephani W. Humrickhouse, Chief Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina. I have clerked in offices across the state, which practiced in areas ranging from estate planning to criminal prosecution. I also serve as a volunteer with Pisgah Legal Service's Mountain Area Volunteer Lawyer Program.
