He was completely inadequate to handle my custody matter. Because of him & his extremely poor representation, my daughter is in danger. He has no clue what he's doing. He will not stand up for you. He will sit there and scribble notes while you're on the stand getting torn apart by the opposing party.... Do NOT use him. If my daughter were to get abused again, Tim will be part to blame for that.
