Biography
Tim Lewis was raised outside of St. Louis, Missouri in a rural, farming community. He moved to greener pastures and went to law school at Wake Forest University School of Law in Winston Salem, North Carolina. After graduation, Tim moved to Western North Carolina while working for an immigration firm. Tim worked with the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians and the newly started Legal Assistance Office. Tim joined the Law Office of Nathan Earwood and has a commitment to helping the local community, including Waynesville, Sylva, Bryson City, Asheville, and Cherokee.
Tim enjoys hiking the numerous trails in Western North Carolina, lifting weights, and spending time with his wife, Kelly, and their three dogs: Zapp, Leela, and Bean.

He was completely inadequate to handle my custody matter. Because of him & his extremely poor representation, my daughter is in danger. He has no clue what he's doing. He will not stand up for you. He will sit there and scribble notes while you're on the stand getting torn apart by the opposing party...
