Nathaniel James Earwood

This law firm is just amazing! I have recently moved to the area from the big city. Out here the police think they can get away with more. Especially if they know you are from out of town and won't come back to fight. I knew this would be a problem when I moved to the area. I stand out. 6'7 with ...a lot of tattoos and a little money. The first time I hired Nathan was when I had a speeding ticket that I really just wanted reduced for insurance purposes. The second run in (a month later) was when a police officer thought he could just make his traffic stop however he felt like making it. The second time was enough for me. I called Mr. Earwood and told him that "I want this officer's head on a platter" (a figure a speech of course.) He said to pay him and he will see what he could do. 30 mins later he informed me that the charges would be dismissed! 1 month later all results were in. The first ticket was reduced to almost nothing and the second was officially thrown out so they sent a check back with the full amount! I've never actually met Mr. Earwood, but when I do, I'd love to shake his hand in gratitude. Thank you for everything Nathan! We will have a great relationship in this community. ;)

I cannot say enough good things about Mr Earwood and staff (especially Ryan!) He represented me on a speeding charge, reducing the charges and advising me how to prevent receiving points on my license. Additionally, he has represented a family member in criminal case: he is thorough, knowledgeable, ...compassionate and both he and his office are available as needed for communication regarding the status of the proceedings. He also explains what is going on in clear and concise manner and keeps in close contact with his clients - this is highly unusual and incredibly appreciated. I highly recommend using Me. Earwood regardless of the nature of the charges.

Mr. Earwood and his team were able to help me swiftly take care of a traffic citation when there was not a lot of time to spare. I was about 4 hours away from home as well when I received citation so Mr. Earwood appeared on my behalf, saving me a lot of time, money and work hours in the process. ...I Will be recommending to any friends/family in the future. Mr. Earwood handled my speeding ticket within the week of contacting him 2 months before the court date. All I had to do was was call him and all was handled without me having to lift a finger. His price is very reasonable. He even sent me a refund check when the court cost came in less than expected....
