After being arrested, the jail made many mistakes. For example, they placed two males in holding with me for over 20 minutes. I was charged for attempting to steal 2 pair of jeans from Walmart. I told Mr. Earwoid about my experience in jail, and he immediately told me things are looking up. The prose...cution was spoken to, and I ended up having to do 30 hours of community service and my charge would be dismissed and expunged. I was very lucky to have Mr. Earwoid defend me.

i had written the story line of my motorcycle accident that only involved myself and the pavement all due to a mechanical error on my motorcycle but I erased that. I just want to say this, although I’m not convinced that I was legally intoxicated, the breath test results shown .09 and I was charged w...ith DUI. Already suffered severe bodily injury and damage to my motorcycle, I’m also charged with DUI. It’s a rare occurrence that I’d drink anything more than one drink, most often nothing at all. I went to court 5 occasions but Nathan Earwood was persistent and battaled this case. 18 months after my accident, one week before my next court date, I received a call from his office, great news, the DA withdrew their appeal. This nightmare was over. I’ll never again put myself in a situation like this, alcohol and the road do not mix, whether on a motorcycle, bicycle or as a pedestrian. So grateful.

We are so pleased and blessed beyond measure that Mr, Earwood was our sons attorney in a DUI case. Without his help and knowledge our son would have been in a heap of trouble. We are so appreciative of the time and effort that he put into our sons defense. He was always willing to talk to us and expl...ain the steps that would be taken and anything that we had questions about. My son recently moved to Asheville NC from another state and he was returning from a trip from Atlanta. Of course not knowing the road he was using an app on his phone for directions. He had glanced down to look on phone and car went off road and lost control. Thankfully no one else was involved and ...no serious injuries were involved. Of course my son was charged with reckless driving and understandable so but Mr. Earwood and his team took on our case and all charges were dismissed. Being we were not from North Carolina and uncertain of procedure his team was extremely helpful and very responsive. Would truly recommend them!!!! Thanks again!!!
