I have used Agatha for 3 real estate closings and creation of personal estate documents. I found her (and her team) to be responsive, competent, and very easy to work with. Overall, I have had a much better experience than with my previous attorney.
Aggey is an excellent attorney. She has helped our company with everything from real estate closings, to contract negotiation and review. And of course, simply advising and protecting us. I would highly recommend her team. They are a small firm and, they are busy but, definitely worth the wait!

Very dissatisfied
My wife and I met with Ms.. Guy to have a joint will drafted and recorded. After three months. and repeated phone calls and repeated attempts to get information we were met only with silence. We were forced to terminate our relationship with Ms.. Guy and employ another attorney, forfeiting our retainer. Very unprofessional. Steer clear.

Absolutely Ridiculous!!!
If I could give 0 stars I would. She is a horrible person. My mother passed in April 2020, she didn't have a will. I fought with 2 different counties before anyone would claim the case, clerk's office appointed Agatha Guy to the case because I was told I couldn't be executor since I lived in FL, found out was a lie. She took over the case June 2020, still not settled. My mother owed no money, the property has been sold, taxes did not need to be filed, but yet I'm still waiting for her to settle everything. According to paperwork I received from clerk's office, cus Ms. Guy doesn't send me anything, she has asked for 2 extensions, was warned about not filing paperwork, had to be asked to file inventory in September, even though she had all my mother's belongings in storage in June. Not sure why, but the bond has been increased 3X. She finally called in November last year, said it would be settled in Dec. Never heard from her. She finally called again in I believe Feb said things would be settled, never did. She called again at the beginning of August, said everything was coming to a close, she sold my mother's trailer, even though she had already told us things were going to be settled prior. I would be able to get my mother's belongings and we would receive settlement checks by mid - late August, NOPE!!! I called twice in August, my younger brother called, no one has heard anything. I've sent emails, no response. There was over $20,000 in my mother's bank account that I'm sure she's trying to milk us for. When I call the clerk's office they tell me I have to hire an attorney if I want to file a complaint. Unfortunately, can't afford one. I suggest you think twice about hiring this attorney.
