Biography
Aggie Guy dedicates her career to ensuring the protection of peoples' property, whether through sound real estate transactions, estate planning and taxation protection, asset protection plans for long-term care as we age, or by protecting your business to help you avoid costly disputes through litigation avoidance. Aggie is a native of Haywood County, North Carolina. She attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she graduated with a degree in Journalism. She later earned a juris doctorate from Florida Coastal School of Law and an LLM in Tax with a concentration in Estate Planning from the University of Alabama. Aggie has extensive experience in estate planning and estate administration. She has worked with the Jackson County Area Agency on Aging for the past four years, helping area seniors with their estate plans and currently serves as the Public Administrator of Jackson County. Aggie’s other practice areas include commercial and residential real estate, guardianships, land partitions, collections and business entity formation and governance.

Excellent Service
I have used Agatha for 3 real estate closings and creation of personal estate documents. I found her (and her team) to be responsive, competent, and very easy to work with. Overall, I have had a much better experience than with my previous attorney.

Aggey is an excellent attorney. She has helped our company with everything from real estate closings, to contract negotiation and review. And of course, simply advising and protecting us. I would highly recommend her team. They are a small firm and, they are busy but, definitely worth the wait!
