I consulted with Frank and ended up retaining him over 7 years ago for a family/civil case in Mcdowell County, with no information other than he put me at ease during the consult. Best decision for sure. This was one of the most trying times in my life, continues to remain trying and I can say withou...t doubt, Frank pulled through for me. The other party in my civil case has continued to fight and keep us in court and even after 7 years I continue going to Frank because he is solid. There is a saying "its the 99% of lawyers that give the 1% a bad name". Frank is definitely the 1% that not only cares for the client and the outcome of the case, but in my case Frank wanted what was best for the children, even if it didn't work out for Frank monetarily. Frank was able to speak to me when I might not have be slightly selfish in my "wants" for the case and help me see that maybe it wasn't what was best for the children and helped me make a well informed decision that helped my children. Frank has shown me time and again that he maintains professionalism in and out of the court room,and leads by example for the other attorneys I have seen in action in this judicial district. I not only have retained Frank in my civil court, but I have seen the exact same man in criminal cases that ensure if I were to need a criminal defense attorney, I will retain him as well.
