Frank O. McFarland

Frank is a Partner at King Law, focusing primarily on family law and serving clients throughout Western North Carolina, including McDowell, Rutherford, and Cleveland Counties. Having spent most of his life in Cleveland County, Frank has a strong connection to the region and is deeply committed to providing compassionate and effective legal representation to the community.

Frank earned his undergraduate degree from Gardner-Webb University in 2008, followed by an MBA in 2010. He went on to graduate from Campbell University School of Law and has been a licensed attorney since 2015. With a background combining business and legal education, Frank brings a unique perspective to their practice, offering clients strategic and practical solutions to their legal needs.  

When not in the courtroom or meeting with clients, Frank enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters.  Frank is also a passionate sports enthusiast, who also enjoys the show Survivor, blending together a true competitive spirit.

Frank has been a source of informational content for those that are not able to afford legal services, sharing educational information on a variety of legal topics on TikTok, @KingLawCLT, and various other social media and continuing education platforms.
