Paid this lawyer $300 just to read over my divorce papers to make sure everything was in order. He told me he would send the signed paperwork to my ex-wife's lawyer and then he would send me the final papers. That was on April 5, 2024. He NEVER sent the paperwork to my ex-wife's lawyer! Here it i...s 2 months later and my ex-wife emails and said they haven't received the papers. I like dogs but Mr. Respess was more interested is showing pictures of his dogs than he was with helping me. Never again will I use this lawyer and you shouldn't either!

I hired this person because of a friends recommendation in a divorce. One of the worst mistakes ever. He made deals without my knowledge. He charged me $300 per hour and had no idea what times he put down because he never informed me of anything. The worst part is he gave away rights to my kids witho...ut having telling me the deal he made with the opposing council. When it came to getting my refund back it took nearly 2 months to get some kind of itemized bill. Run away from this guy I do not recommended him at all.

I hired mr respess to deal with any and all issues in regards of my divorce. we agreed to a flat rate fee for everything. Mr. Respess did not win anything that I wanted and then when the money was gone, he quit in the middle of the proceedings. now I don't know if my divorce is ever going to be final... or not. I would definitely NOT recommend this lawyer.
