Vickie Marie O'Brien

We have had to call upon Vickie numerous times in order to fight the public school system to provide what is required by law for our two boys with learning disabilities. Vickie was driven, empathetic to our situation and persistent with the school staff and county attorney, so much so that the school... board had to call an attorney from the NC State Board of Education. This attorney conceded that the county was egregiously non compliant and ruling in our favor. Our oldest son eventually received a full academic scholarship to college years later and we credit this success to Vickie for her steadfast determination! She is unbelievable.
