My practice focuses on personal injury, worker's compensation , and immigration law. My career began when I was a former prosecutor for the fourth district of Onslow, Sampson, Duplin, and Jones, where I prosecuted types of crimes from tickets to murder. My experience also includes extensive work at other personal injury law firms in the area of personal injury and worker's compensation. I am also licensed to practice in federal court in the west and eastern districts of North Carolina.
My legal team is eager to assist those who are injured in autmobile accidents and on the job with a free legal consultation. Our mission is to help those in need.
Practice areas
We assist with all automobile and pedestrian injuries, as well as dog bite cases.
We assist with family law based immigration needs at this time. We have language interpreters to service native Spanish, Arabic, French Creole, and Mandarin Chinese.
We assist with all on the job injuries where the injured worker is written out of work by the doctor cumulatively for more than 7 days.

Stephanie’s comment: “This was only based on my website. While I was out on medical leave my website designer revised my website and placed it on the internet without review. It stated "I was the best injury lawyer in Jacksonville". This is not allowed by the North Carolina State Bar due to it not being a standard they can qualify.”

I have known Ms. Villaver for years. She has been a prosecutor, private litigant, business owner, and the list goes on and on. You probably will not meet another local attorney that has a wider range of experience. She speaks Spanish fluently, which is a major plus. Her firm handles many avenues of legal representation and I recommend her to anyone.
