Divorce

I hired Mr. Hudspeth as a Divorce lawyer. He explained everything in detail. He promptly took action. Kept in touch through email. My case took longer than planned but to no fault of Mr. Hudspeth. The Coronavirus closed the courts around the time I should have had my hearing. As soon as the the cour...t system opened my case was pushed forward. I am very pleased with the outcome. I would hire Mr. Hudspeth again if needed.

Professional and compassionate

Mr. Hudspeth represented me on several matters in both family and civil cases. I appreciated his prompt and clear communication throughout the process. Consultations were always readily available and easily scheduled. In the quart room, Mr. Hudspeth was professional and was more than willing to expla...in matters in detail. He was supportive and kind when the courtroom was hostile. I appreciated his ability to refer to other counsel when necessary and he didn’t sugar coat outcomes just to sell his service. I would highly recommend Mr. Hudspeth in all matters in which he agrees to represent his clients.

Mr. Hudspeth III. Took my case and through out the course of action kept me informed. He cared about my situation and was professional and respectful.I would proudly recommend his services, who is looking for a lawyer who really cares about his client. I feel blessed to have him represent me. I think... that he is a good man. My case was against my daughter over visitation and or custody of my grand daughter.

Cannot say thank you enough to Mr. Hudspeth!

Mr. Hudspeth has been my attorney for over five years. He has represented my family on several occasions. I will first start by saying that when I began the search for an attorney, I was looking for a female. I felt that a women would have that motherly instinct when discussing matters pertaining t...o my children. Most importantly, I wanted to feel comfortable talking about such emotional issues and concerns. After reading several reviews about Mr. Hudspeth and after seeing the word “professional” and “gentlemen” in numerous comments, I decided to call Mr. Hudspeth and set up a meeting. I did meet with another well known attorney in the area, that was suppose to be the best. I am extremely happy that I chose to have Mr. Hudspeth represent my children and I. I feel so honored and blessed that he decided to represent us and continues too as well. Not only is Mr. Hudspeth knowledgeable in all areas of the law pertaining to my case but he answered all questions throughly and never once made me feel like I was waisting his time or asking a stupid question. During every meeting, Mr. Hudspeth was respectful and sympathetic to all issues pertaining to my children. Not once did I ever feel uncomfortable talking to him about my children. I mean that in, I never felt like I couldn’t discuss an issue that was too emotional and one that would make me cry, because he was a man. As a female prior service Marine, who suffers from PTSD and MST, this says a lot. It is hard for me to talk to most people because of my social anxiety but never once did I feel like I could not talk to Mr. Hudspeth. It was also important to me to hear from an attorney that could offer a fathers point of view as well. I appreciated that Mr. Hudspeth gave his opinion on certain issues but still listened to how I felt as a mother. He genuinely listened and let me voice my option on all matters before he he offered his advice. Mr. Hudspeth is also extremely realistic from the start when explaining his expectations for the outcome of your case. One thing that I had to realize very early on was that each child custody case is different from the other. Also that child custody cases are very complex in that you rarely get exactly what you want. Mr. Hudspeth did a great job of helping me understand that. I really appreciated that he would make sure that I knew everything I do for my children will pay off in the end and they will be better people because of me. I will continue to recommend Mr. Hudspeth to everyone that I know who are in need of an attorney. I hope that Mr. Hudspeth will represent my children and I until he no longer practices in the area (which I hope will not be for a long time)! Thank you Mr. Hudspeth for everything that you do!
