Me Hudspeth not only helped us but he believed in me when others were doubting me. Not only was he attentive, focused but he also helped get my child’s voice heard as it wasn’t before. Mr. Hudspeth has been my attorney for over five years. He has represented my family on several occasions. I will first start by saying that when I began the search for an attorney, I was looking for a female. I felt that a women would have that motherly instinct when discussing matters pertaining t...o my children. I mean that in, I never felt like I couldn’t discuss an issue that was too emotional and one that would make me cry, because he was a man. It was also important to me to hear from an attorney that could offer a fathers point of view as well. I appreciated that Mr. Hudspeth gave his opinion on certain issues but still listened to how I felt as a mother. He genuinely listened and let me voice my option on all matters before he he offered his advice. Mr. Hudspeth is also extremely realistic from the start when explaining his expectations for the outcome of your case. One thing that I had to realize very early on was that each child custody case is different from the other. Also that child custody cases are very complex in that you rarely get exactly what you want. Mr. Hudspeth did a great job of helping me understand that. I really appreciated that he would make sure that I knew everything I do for my children will pay off in the end and they will be better people because of me. I will continue to recommend Mr. Hudspeth to everyone that I know who are in need of an attorney. I was going through one of the very most difficult times in my life for my son and I. As any other loving parent or parents would fighting for their child/children's rights. I obtained Mr Hudspeth after my ex husband took me to court trying to get custody of our 2 children, after talking to an attorney who everyone in Jacksonville says to use that has a reputation of being "A man eater" and NOT impressed with what they had to offer or their prices I did a search wit...h google and got a list of attorneys who had a great reputation, Mr Hudspeth was the first one on the list and after my first meeting I knew I had found the right one , I have to say I was scared and worried especially at the beginning of the process, as any one in my situation would when it comes to their children . Larry was very understanding , sincere and extremely confident. He laid out a plan of action for my new husband and I to follow in preparation for the court proceeding .
