Thank You Connie and Jennifer

What a great experience in such a difficult situation. By far the hardest thing in life so far to go through. Connie was such a great asset to have to talk through everything from so many different angles. She helped me sort it all out looked at things I never thought of and the result was great. ... Jennifer you are so on top of things and appreciated all your support. Highly recommend.

There are divorce attorneys and then there is Connie Payne

I hired 2 attorneys prior to meeting with Mrs.Payne. It cost me tens of thousands of dollars and 3 years of my life. My prior attorneys acted as if I was not a priority. They forgot to file things and when I would say anything to them they would say oh I forgot and if you’re not happy go to another a...ttorney. Connie did more work for me within the first 24 hours of meeting with her then ALL others prior. Divorce is the hardest thing on a family. Get someone that will beat doors down for you. Mrs Payne is the type of attorney that other attorneys hate going up against. There’s a reason for that. She gets things done!! Don’t get sold when you meet with an attorney. They will tell you anything to get a retainer. Get sold on results. Again I can not express this enough. There is not a better attorney, a more transparent attorney, or a an aggressive attorney on your behalf then Mrs Payne. No one wins during a divorce. But I promise hire the wrong attorney you lose. I hope I never need an attorney again. But if I do. I will NOT look anywhere else!! Thanks Mrs Payne.

Amazing attorney!

Connie and Jennifer were amazing! My husband just came home one day wanting a divorce. I went to speak with Connie. She was very upfront with me and encouraged me to talk to other lawyers as well. I decided to go with her. My husband was having an affair. She not only got a home for my son and I she ...made it where I could get my divorce and change back to my maiden name within 6 months. She made sure they didn’t drag it out. She was always honest and told me upfront what was happening. She even helped me with matters after the divorce was final! Wonderful attorney! You won’t be disappointed!

Hard working, honest and no nonsense

I worked in the legal profession years ago in Princeton, NJ and when I needed an excellent divorce attorney, I contacted my former employer for a referral and Connie was the number one name on the list. Connie was awesome -- she put me at ease at what was clearly the most difficult time of my life -...- ending a 28 year marriage. At my initial consultation, Connie gave me a clear picture of what to expect and opened my eyes to possible twists and turns the process could -- and did in fact -- take. I left the initial consultation with a sense of ease and confidence that I had not felt for months. I then made the best decision: I turned the legal handling of my divorce over to Connie so I could focus on getting myself through this emotional time. Connie fought for me, kept me focused on the end game and was supportive throughout. When I felt overwhelmed or frightened, she was right there to get me back on track. Her insight and knowledge are invaluable and she was always at least two steps ahead. Connie was able to keep emotions out of the proceedings and focus on the facts -- and the emotions were high and unstable on the other side yet she remained steady, calm and I'll say it again -- FOCUSED so we could reach an agreement. I was beyond impressed with Connie in the Courtroom -- she was polished in her delivery of my case and gave on point, direct answers to the Judge. When opposing counsel tried to cloud the issues with tangents and mountains/boxes and boxes of paperwork, Connie very calmly brought it back to the issues at hand and clearly the Judge appreciated it -- he even commented on her professional reputation and how grateful he was that a case as multi-faceted as mine was in her hands. My divorce required several court appearances, and at each one I was extremely impressed that almost every attorney waiting for cases to be heard would approach Connie and speak with her, clearly she is held in high esteem with her colleagues as well. Divorce is never easy, both the legal and emotional aspects can be lengthy procedures. The best advice I can offer to anybody facing divorce is to turn the legal aspect over to Connie so you are free to focus on getting yourself and your family through the emotional part as in tact as possible. Connie's paralegal, Jennifer, is equally as awesome, She is calming, efficient and really listened to my concerns. Connie and Jennifer are a great team! I was so overwhelmed and blindsided by my divorce, I don't know that I would have made it through without them!
