Biography
As litigators we at Coble Law Firm, PC take pride in being ready to file or defend any legal claim that presents itself. If your issues arise in an area outside of our primary practice, we readily retain outside counsel or refer you to the best source of representation. We are ready to litigate and will not be intimidated by our adversaries.
That said, we will not let our commitment to zealous representation interfere with the fact that trial is not always the best resolution for our client. Our experience and strong relationships in the legal community provide you with great opportunity for positive resolution outside of litigation. Though we willingly litigate and take pride in protecting our client's interests, we are always conscious of the cost of litigation. With difficult economic times, litigation has become more of a necessity, while also becoming more and more cost prohibitive. We begin with a straight forward approach and a clear identification of your realistic expectations. Then we proceed in taking every effort to avoid unnecessary costs.
We can't settle every claim, but we can remain focused on providing superior representation within a regionally reasonable litigation budget. With many years of experience representing insurance carriers and self-insured entities, we are trained to bill in 10th hour increments with a focus on following a reasonable litigation budget.
