We went in to review/update our will. He. Listened to our wishes and crafted our estate and medical/healthcare documents. There is quite a few. He took the time to answer our questions thoroughly. It was a good experience and I feel better knowing my wishes will be followed and even more impor...tantly I have made it easier for my heirs to close out my estate when that time comes.

Mr. Hochuli was referred to me by a close friend that went through a similar situation when her mother passed away a year ago. I called with, what I thought were a few simple estate questions. Not only did Mr. Hochuli take the time to answer my questions, he brought up several different scenarios tha...t I hadn't addressed yet but most definitely would've came up in the future. I couldn't believe I was actually speaking to an attorney over the phone that was so attentive to my legal needs and he took into account my emotional state of mind as well. Dealing with the loss of both my parents within a 3 month time frame has been a very trying experience. Not to mention I live in Atlanta GA and my parents estates will be handled in Wilmington, NC. Mr. Hochuli spoke with me for over 45 minutes, for free. Those 45 minutes were such an eye opener and have set me on the correct path that I feel confident I wouldn't have reached without his knowledge and guidance of the Estate process. Neither of my parents had a will and there are several beneficiaries in the mix which makes this whole process, for lack of a better word, frightening. I called my sister after I hung up the phone and passed along all the information that Mr. Hochuli brought to light. We came to the harsh reality we were in over our heads and should have legal representation. When I called back and spoke with his assistant, explaining who I was, she put me straight through. Again, he answered all of my questions. I notified him that I would be coming to town for the weekend and asked if he could "fit me in" on such short notice and he replied with, "most definitely." (this was on a Wednesday and my appointment is for the following Monday morning) His assistant worked with my schedule and I will be meeting them this coming Monday. Not only do I have a clearer idea of the process to come, I feel confident and relieved it will be handled in a professional and courteous manner. I am hiring Mr. Hochuli for this legal matter and I will use him in the future for all my legal concerns that may arise. I cannot say Thank You enough for removing the weight off of my shoulders. I look forward to working with this team and knowing that my case is in competent and caring hands!
