Horrible lawyer
I was a client for Merritt back in 2010 and he drugged my case out till the summer of 2012 and did absolutely nothing for me. Pleas guilty on my behalf and I blew a .08, he did not whatsoever try to fight for me and stole $1500 dollars from me basically.
