Angela M. Hatley

I hired Angela back in May of 2015 to handle my divorce and during that time there were some charges that were brought on by my husband that were false accusations stating that there had been domestic violence. My husband took my daughter and wouldn't let me know where she was. I was pregnant and sca...red to death. Angela worked very hard to get an emergency custody order to get my daughter back safely. Her and her office worked diligently on my case to dismiss the charges that I was falsely accused of and I was able to move back to my home town. When my baby was born, we went to court for child support and my husband was being difficult about not wanting to pay child support for the baby and even accused the baby of not being his own child. He actually didn't show up for court and lied to a judge about his duties to the Army so that he wouldn't be able to go to court the next day. Angela got us to court the next day and I came out of that court room with a child support order. I was pleased with the work that she did on my case. It has been extremely difficult because I moved out of state but she and her staff has worked hard on my case and I appreciate everything they've done.

That was evident in the court room, she was prepared and always confident, ...her cross examination is one to see, along with closing remarks, During trial She was a beast, never allowing any assumptions or false accusations or late paperwork from the ex to be used. I am currently in a PCS move and there is a little more to do in the court room, but I can leave with my son and not have any worries that she will continue to represent me in my absence.
