Hello, This is Stephanie White I am writing you pertaining to my temporary order I am having an issue due to the fact that nowhere in my order does it state that Timothy William Robinson and I can set arrangements to pick up Sadie White if she does not feel comfortable with overnight stays I specif...ically remember agreeing only to overnight stays is I could pick her up at any point in time that she felt uncomfortable me and him are having a disagreement due to the fact that he does not want to set Arrangements for drop off if she feels uncomfortable due to this fact I do not feel comfortable with her staying overnight and I don't know what to do if you could please email me back as soon as possible to let me know what is in her best interest for me to do this weekend and next weekend thank you have a good day

I came to this lawyer, Heather D Miller Cooke for a legal guardianship document in 2013 so I would able to receive financial aid for college. Instead of telling me she couldn't do it, she took the money and gave me a custody paper. The school is saying that is the wrong document and now im not able t...o receive financial aid from the school to futher my education.
