I hired this attorney and paid her thousands of dollars. She got to court and rolled belly up. She told me to take the minimum custody/visitation being offered by the opposing attorney or she would quit on the spot. She never presented any of the concrete evidence I had of fraud, contempt or domestic... violence against my ex. I wasted years and thousands believing her. If 0 stars had been an option, that's what I would have rated her. Avoid this firm at all cost.

I was a victim of domestic violence for 8 years and am a great mother and was a loyal spouse. my ex makes 80k / yr.. was a pill addict and i was a full time student with a 3.7 GPA. I came out of this marruage with nothing . Not even child support. and was forced to file for food stamps. cannot even ...return to school. Horrible trust. horrible representation.if you can consider her time respresentation. she stood in front of the judge and said " i don't know what my client needs"

I had Heather Nichols as my counsel. I was a stay at home mom for 18years. Suffered physical and sexual abuse at the hands of my USArmy officer. By the second month of proceedings, Heather's advice had cost me custody of my children and SHE was reprimended in court by the judge for he providing me wi...th "poor counsel". She cried and said she was "so sorry". I believe she regrets not allowing me to tell my side of events. I felt as though (no proof) she was taking advice from my husbands more qualified high dollar attorney. In the end, I lost primary custody of my 4 children. Had to move out of the home; And lost my "investment" with Heather. BEWARE.
