I hired this attorney and paid her thousands of dollars. She got to court and rolled belly up. She told me to take the minimum custody/visitation being offered by the opposing attorney or she would quit on the spot. She never presented any of the concrete evidence I had of fraud, contempt or domestic... violence against my ex. I wasted years and thousands believing her. If 0 stars had been an option, that's what I would have rated her. Avoid this firm at all cost.

BEWARE of this attorney. I had this attorney for over 15 months and not one time did we ever step foot in a courtroom. She got one continuous after another. If she ever get's mad at you for anything, she will talk with you and prolong your case but she will do absolutely nothing for your case. After ...getting a great deal of money from you, she will ask to withdraw from your case. Instead of representing you, she goes along with what the opposing attorney wants to do. I say this from my own experience with this attorney. I wished I had read the reviews of others because if I had, I would not have hired her .

I came to this lawyer, Heather D Miller Cooke for a legal guardianship document in 2013 so I would able to receive financial aid for college. Instead of telling me she couldn't do it, she took the money and gave me a custody paper. The school is saying that is the wrong document and now im not able t...o receive financial aid from the school to futher my education.

I came out of this marruage with nothing . Not even child support. and was forced to file for food stamps. cannot even ...return to school. Horrible trust. horrible representation.if you can consider her time respresentation. she stood in front of the judge and said " i don't know what my client needs"
