I would not recommend this firm to anybody. Please, take your time to shop around. Besides that you will get overcharged you never get to talk to the attorney unless you make an appointment exclusively for that, keep in mind you are getting charged $250.00 per hour. Everything is through their parale...gals/Assistants, and most of the time they don't relay the messages to the attorneys. At the time of the hearing/trial the attorney will ask you for documents that you have already provided to her paralegal. Their communication is very inefficient. I lost my case, I was given overconfidence that "we would win" and we did not. Attorney Miller is NOT aggressive enough and prolongs everything. You will get charged by the minute, every phone call, every email. I am very disappointed. I have spent about $35,000 and I did not get anything. I am still fighting for child custody.

I hired Ms. Miller after interviewing several other attorneys to represent me against my ex-husband who was seeking to modify our child custody agreement and child support order. She was attentive and seemed to understand and be willing to address my concerns at our first consultation. However, that ...was the last time I saw or heard from her until my court date. My phone calls and emails were never returned, and I never received notification of court dates until after they had passed. I never received copies of temporary court orders until they were obsolete. The only correspondence I received was a billing statement on which I was charged for every phone call, every email, and every piece of paper I never received. When it was time for my final court date, there was no preparation, so I was put on the stand to testify with no knowledge of the questions my own attorney would be asking. Ms. Miller was unprepared and seemed more concerned with appeasing opposing counsel than working toward what was truly in the best interest of my child.

Attorney Miller is the best attorney in Fayetteville, NC. Also that is not the correct picture of her. Attorney Miller handled my very complex Military divorce. She was very well educated of all the dos and donts in a Military divorce. I would recommend her to everybody Military or Non-Military. S...he has a great staff that helps to address all of my concerns. She will fight for everything you want, and she will also tell you what you cant fight for. I would hire now if you need a family attorney.

Attorney Miller is an inept attorney at law. She has misrepresented herself as a true professional. Her lack of attention to detail is extremely poor and her understanding of your needs and wants go unaddressed. You cannot trust her to do what is in your best interest and if you needed her assista...nce on an issue involving your case it took days before she would get back to you. Attorney Miller would allow herself to be influenced by the opposing party's attorney and she would not stand up against opposing counsel with regard to my son. Attorney Miller is not familiar with the military enough to represent any one in the military. Her arrogance and unprofessionalism shines through as well as her lies. She had me believing that she would take care of my son when in fact she mislead him on several issues. I provided her with evidence that she would not have otherwise have if it were not for me giving it to her - AND SHE NEVER PRESENTED IT IN COURT.

Sherry is my law school classmate and a fellow attorney. I have had only good experiences with her as opposing counsel and I have only good things to say about her.
