He didn’t fight the proper statues and misleadingly said there was an anonymous witness
But when it came time for court they produced a witness that could not identify me . Neither did I fit the description but I was targeted followed and subjected to defamation of my character and coerced to take a plea in Alford .

Replied last February 20, 2024I’m sorry you feel this way about your experience. I noticed that you described the nature of my representation as being retained by you. As my 11 years of criminal practice have all been with the Public Defender’s Office, I would have had to have been appointed to your case to have represented you. Additionally, honesty in communication and interpretation of the law has always been at top priority which is supported by my reputation in the community I serve. If you accepted a plea agreement under coercive conditions, their was a question in the paperwork you reviewed that specifically addressed that concern had it existed at the time of plea I would not have allowed it to go through. If you’re certain I was your attorney, please contact my office and schedule an appointment to discuss possible options for remedying what would potentially be a violation of your constitutional rights if what you’ve stated is true. Absolutely Terrible!!!
I had Nathan Warfel as a public defender, I never new that It was possible to get this horrible of a person, He ignores all his clients he never Talks to you, All he does is wait until he gets a plea agreement from the Judge,, I would never recommend him to anyone!! Get rid of him ASAP!!! Absolutely ...
