Mark Lee Hearp

I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Mark Hearp and he is an angel!!! I couldn't sleep eat or rest at all the week before my court hearing, I stayed up all night, every night researching things about my case and pretty much freaking myself out more. I went into the office every single day before my... hearing and bothered Mr. Hearp and his assistant with questions and all my concerns and they were more than willing to help me. On February 16, 2018 around 7PM I hear a knock at the door. I answered the door and to my surprise, I see two Police Officers which are government officers. Once my ID was established, I was presented with a warrant for my arrest. Accused of (I'M-ASSAULT GOVT OFFICIAL/EMPLY) and this started thin...king, How, Who, When and Where. Once all paperwork completed by the police officer at the (CCDC) Cumberland County Detention Center I was released with from the CCDC with a court date on March 08, 2018. I was not sure what I was going to do, represent myself or talk with an attorney. I gathered up all my paperwork, video from home security system and compiled what I thought was good to represent myself in court.
