Horrible Experience

Mr. Beaver doesn't put effort into cases. Over and over again my case was continued until it was sent to military court. This case should not have ever gotten this far. He appears to not be very knowledgable about North Carolina law and didn't seem like he cared about his client. It was an absolute w...aste of my time and money.

Not good at all...

I contacted this attorney's office as he advertised he was a specialist in civil ligation. His office contacted me and I explained with a full police report I was assaulted, beaten, robbed in a local Motel 6 and I am in a wheelchair and his office indicated they could not help and assist me and I did... not have a case. What a waste of time for sure...!

Happy Client

H. G. Beaver did exactly what he said he would do with my case. Not really understanding the mechanics of the court system and dreading sitting in the court room all day, I reached out to Attorney H. G. Beaver who fought that battle for me; when it was over he quickly updated me with the status. Very... pleased with the outcome and if ever I need another attorney again, H. G. Beaver is the man!

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
