This experience was extremely disappointing. Communication was consistently poor, with long stretches of silence and unanswered messages. Overall, the firm felt disorganized, unresponsive, and indifferent to client concerns. I would strongly advise anyone considering this attorney to proceed with caution and ask very direct questions about communication, staffing stability, and billing practices before retaining them.
