I met Diana Saffa, for the very first time over the telephone. I was a middled-aged woman who up until that day, had never felt the need to cousult with an attorney about anything this serious. However, now, I knew that I needed to find a well informed, confident, experienced and sensitive attorney that was going to hear me and understand my level of distress, due to my recent unfortunate, extenuating circumstances. It was also very clear to me that the attorney that I chose to work with would have to be knowledgeable with regards to specifically, bankruptcy. With that said, I approached Diana with a sense of trepidation as I still wasn't sure of what to expect. All I knew was that in my case, time was of the essence! Well Diana immediately assured me through that brief telephone conversation, that she had the experience that was needed to prevent me from having my house foreclosed on. She actually offered to see me that night! Before hanging up with me, she told me not to worry and that everything was going to be o.k. Her words that day, made it possible for me to finally breathe a much needed sigh of relief. Right as I arrived at her office and was signing in at the front desk, she stuck her head out of her office door. She gave me the kindest smile and said hello, which helped me to immediately relax. The woman (Diana) that I met that day, was charming, very warm, easy to talk to and easy to understand. She had lots of patience. She showed empathy and proved to me that she was well versed in this type of law. Yet somehow, this brilliant attorney was so humble and so polite! Diana listened intensely as I explained how I'd become very ill which resulted in depleting my finances and ultimately loosing my job. Long story short. She took in all of my information and came up with an action plan. The plan was set in to motion immediately, as she is on top of her game (law) and is the ultimate fighter, protector and advocate for her clients. I saw her passion as we moved through the process...Diana explaining everything as we moved along. Before I knew it, we were in court officially filing my bankruptcy, saving my house. That day was monumental in my life. Making the bankruptcy filed as much of an important day, in terms of accomplishments, as the day that I was given the keys to my own home. Without question, I would hire Diana to represent me at any moment. And would feel completely confident in doing so. I truly believe that she has innate abilities that some attorneys just may not! I certainly, highly recommend her services, as you won't be let down. When you have a legal matter that needs tending to, just think of her as your new best friend!!!
