Very Dependable

Mr. Weaver quickly responded to me when I reached out to him about a speeding ticket I received in Cabarrus County. He was extremely easy to work with and trustworthy. Mr. Weaver made me feel confident in the representation I had chosen because he demonstrated his knowledge of traffic violations. ...It was very convenient that Mr. Weaver went to court for me and that he offered such an affordable rate for his services. Mr. Weaver was successful in helping me avoid license points, which was the goal in my case, and he quickly let me know about this information. I would definitely recommend Mr. Weaver to anyone who needs a lawyer.

Everything Taken Care Of

Mr. Weaver was very prompt in responding to my request for his help with a traffic ticket (speeding). He replied to all emails and phone calls almost immediately. He was very friendly and willing to explain in detail the process of taking care of my ticket. He sent me all the information I needed ...and he represented me on my court date. My ticket was taken care of and I received no points on my license or toward my insurance. I was very happy to find a successful and affordable attorney. I hope I never have to call Mr. Weaver for help again, however, I definitely will if I need to!

Excellent experience

I live in VA and got a ticket in Charlotte and thought I would have to drive back for court. I contacted Matt after seeing a review here in AVVO. Matt personally contacted me right away and walked me through the process and made me feel very comfortable with the process and confident that he would ...represent me well. His fee was very reasonable and he was even able to get the fine waived so I saved a lot of money also. I would highly recommend Matt if you need representation!

Help with Speeding Citation

In representing me, Matt was able to get my speeding ticket reduced to an infraction that would not result in an increased insurance premium, or points on my license. Working with him was simple and straightforward, which was particularly important to me given that I would not be reporting to court... myself.
